The Gift of Giving

Direct Supply recently partnered with Genesis Healthcare to donate hundreds of used beds to the International Medical Equipment Collaborative (IMEC), a volunteer nonprofit that places used supplies in hospitals, clinics and orphanages in impoverished countries.

The used beds (in the "After" photo) are now in Kenya, replacing the beds in the "Before" photo. The effect of the donated beds is best summed up by an IMEC representative who provided the pictures. "We greatly appreciate all that you (Direct Supply and Genesis) have done to help the cause. You’ve made a much greater impact than I’m sure you imagined." It just goes to show that Direct Supply is passionate about improving healthcare in whatever way we can.
